These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the REI Lead Setters website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Description of Services

REI Lead Setters provides lead follow-up and engagement services primarily for real estate professionals. Services may include:

• AI-assisted lead engagement
• SMS follow-up
• Email follow-up
• Lead qualification
• Long-term nurture
• Database reactivation
• AI calling where enabled and legally appropriate
• Appointment setting
• Qualified-opportunity handoff

You generate the opportunity. We work the follow-up. You take it from there.

What REI Lead Setters Is Not

REI Lead Setters is not a real estate brokerage, law firm, mortgage company, lender, financial adviser, investment adviser, or CRM-management consultancy. REI Lead Setters does not provide:

• Legal advice
• Fair-housing advice
• Lending advice
• Mortgage advice
• Tax advice
• Investment advice

CRM & Technology Relationship

REI Lead Setters uses its own technology, workflows, communication tools, lead-management systems, and appointment-setting infrastructure. REI Lead Setters does not require access to, manage, modify, migrate, configure, or operate inside a customer's existing CRM unless separately agreed in writing.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business information
• Providing lawful lead information
• Maintaining required consent or authorization
• Complying with applicable messaging laws
• Complying with telemarketing laws
• Complying with privacy laws
• Complying with advertising laws
• Complying with applicable real estate laws
• Promptly honoring opt-out requests
• Providing accurate service instructions

Customers may not use REI Lead Setters for:

• Unlawful communications
• Deceptive communications
• Discriminatory communications
• Harassment
• Fraud
• Prohibited cold outreach
• Unlawful automated messaging

No Guarantee of Results

REI Lead Setters does not guarantee any specific number of appointments, leads, responses, transactions, closings, sales, commissions, conversion rates, response rates, or revenue.

Performance depends on factors outside REI Lead Setters' control, including lead quality, market conditions, pricing, inventory, consumer behavior, customer responsiveness, and follow-up history.

Pricing

The current published plans are:

• Starter — $497/month
• Growth — $897/month
• Scale — $1,497/month

A One-Time Activation Fee also applies: $97 for all plans — currently offered at this rate for a limited time. This fee is charged once, separately from your monthly subscription. The standard activation fee may increase without prior notice; joining Priority Access locks in the current $97 rate.

One-Time Activation Fee

The One-Time Activation Fee ($97 for all plans — a limited-time rate) is non-refundable once onboarding or setup work begins.

No Long-Term Contract

REI Lead Setters does not require a long-term contract unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise. Customers may cancel service at any time, subject to amounts already incurred.

Cancellation does not retroactively refund:

• Completed service periods
• Activation/setup work
• One-Time Activation Fees
• Amounts already earned

No 30-day, 60-day, or 90-day cancellation requirement applies unless separately added by REI Lead Setters.

Priority Access Terms

Joining Priority Access does not guarantee acceptance, immediate onboarding, service availability, or a particular start date. REI Lead Setters may limit onboarding to maintain service quality.

Third-Party Services

REI Lead Setters may rely on third-party platforms and providers for communications, hosting, automation, analytics, payment processing, phone systems, and AI technology. REI Lead Setters is not responsible for outages, delays, policy changes, or failures outside its reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

REI Lead Setters branding, website content, systems, workflows, designs, materials, and proprietary processes remain the property of REI Lead Setters or the applicable licensor.

Website Availability

REI Lead Setters does not guarantee uninterrupted website or service availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, REI Lead Setters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from or related to the use of our website or services. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amounts you have paid to REI Lead Setters in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless REI Lead Setters from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of:

• Unlawful lead lists you provide
• Missing or invalid consent for communications
• False customer information
• Misuse of the services
• Violations of applicable law

Termination

REI Lead Setters reserves the right to suspend or terminate service in cases involving unlawful use, fraud, abuse, nonpayment, prohibited messaging, or misuse of the platform or services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, subject to applicable law.
